Job summary

ALLEGIS GROUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Program Management Consultant to lead fraud, risk, and payments transformation initiatives across APAC. The role combines program leadership, governance, and technology delivery, partnering with senior leaders across business, risk, operations, and technology.

You will drive multi-country programs, manage governance frameworks, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement, and act as primary client-facing lead.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, risk, fraud, financial crime, payments, banking, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of fraud risk, credit risk, AML, or financial crime frameworks.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation across multiple markets.
• Experience engaging senior executives and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Exposure to data analytics, AI/ML solutions, or risk technology implementations is desirable.
• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country transformation programs across payments, fraud, and risk domains.
• Drive governance, project planning, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support implementation of Card Authorization Target Operating Models and fraud technology initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across APAC markets, ensuring delivery milestones and business objectives are met.
• Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing communications, escalations, and delivery oversight.
• Establish scalable governance frameworks and best practices for ongoing transformation programs.
