Job summary

Ambition in Singapore seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs, including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace deployments. You will coordinate across four regional markets and document target state, governance, and progress.

Hands-on Agile delivery experience and a strong fintech/financial crime background are essential to drive governance, onboarding, configuration, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in program or senior project management within fintech, payments, banking, or financial crime technology.
• Proven track record managing large, complex technology-driven programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience and coordinating product roadmaps and release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementation.
• Support design and rollout across four regional markets (MY, TH, ID & VN).
• Assist in documenting target state, governance framework and progress.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery of Featurespace deployments (POC & full-scale).
• Oversee delivery of Featurespace implementations, including onboarding, configuration, and go-live support.
• Own end-to-end program governance and governance frameworks across fraud technology initiatives.
• Implement program playbooks and best practices across fraud technology initiatives.

Job Duties

• The Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑stream programs involving Card Authorization Target Operating Model (TOM) as well as Featurespace implementation


• Support design and rollout of the Card Authorization TOM across 4 regional markets (MY, TH, ID & VN)


• Assist in documenting target state, governance framework and progress


• Program orchestration and cross-team coordination of large-scale, multi-phase programs involving Featurespace deployments (POC & full-scale implementation)


• Oversee delivery of Featurespace implementations, including onboarding, configuration, model tuning, and go-live support, in close coordination with Featurespace delivery project manager


• Own end-to-end program governance


• Implement program governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, and best practices across fraud technology initiatives

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in program or senior project management within fintech, payments, banking, or financial crime technology


• Proven track record managing large, complex, technology‑driven programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams


• Good understanding of fraud, AML, or financial crime ecosystems within financial institutions


• Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including coordinating product roadmaps and release cycles
