Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned program manager to lead the design, governance and rollout of the Card Authorization Target Operating Model across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, set milestones, drive readiness assessments, and deliver go‑live support for large‑scale fraud technology programs, including PoCs and multi‑phase implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the design and rollout of the Card Authorization Target Operating Model across four regional markets (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam).
• Assist in documenting the target state, governance framework, implementation approach, and overall program progress.
• Manage weekly implementation cadence with market stakeholders, tracking progress against key deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate internal briefings and training sessions to support implementation and stakeholder readiness.
• Conduct and manage market readiness assessments to ensure key implementation requirements are met.
• Consolidate inputs from regional markets and coordinate quarterly cadence updates and management reporting.
• Track implementation progress, issues, risks, dependencies, and action items; prepare regular updates for management.
• Support portfolio lending initiatives and other ad hoc strategic projects as required.
• Lead program orchestration and cross-functional coordination for large-scale, multi-phase fraud technology programs, including proof-of-concept and full-scale implementations.
• Oversee fraud technology deployments covering onboarding, configuration, model tuning, testing, and go-live support, working closely with delivery project managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and delivery cadence.
• Act as the primary coordination and escalation point for stakeholders, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and effective follow-up on queries and issues.
• Establish a structured engagement rhythm throughout the program lifecycle, from high-touch implementation support through to post-implementation optimization.
• Implement program governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, standards, and best practices across fraud technology initiatives.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
