Job summary

Tanda Development Pte.Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the fire alarm product line across six overseas regions, driving long-term plans and annual roadmaps based on market research and competitive intelligence.

You will define the portfolio by system type and regional versions, manage lifecycle including NPI, iterations, and mass production readiness, and collaborate with R&D on baselines and validation tests. A strong background in hardware and embedded software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, automation, or related field; 5+ years in hardware product management.
• 3+ years of overseas market product experience; fluent English and Chinese for communication.
• Based in Singapore; travel approx. 30% to Shenzhen, Qinhuangdao, and overseas markets; Singapore work pass eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the fire alarm product line across multiple regions; develop 3-year plans and annual roadmaps.
• Define portfolio by system type, controller capacity, detector type and regional versions; manage lifecycle.
• Convert market needs into MRD/PRD; lead feasibility, cost, certification, and ROI assessments.
