Tanda Development Pte.Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand overseas markets through distributor and sales channel partnerships. You will lead channel development, manage key relationships, and drive negotiations and commercial terms with international partners.

Ideal candidates have a business or trade background, 2+ years in overseas channel development (fire safety or related fields), and strong English or other language skills for overseas meetings and travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years in overseas/fire safety channel development and management.
• Proficiency in English or another language; able to conduct overseas meetings and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead overseas market development by identifying partnerships with local distributors and sales channels.
• Build and maintain a robust overseas channel system and implement cooperation strategies and incentive programs.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key channel clients for long-term collaborations.
• Conduct market research to gather regional trends and competitor insights and report to headquarters.
• Provide sales support to agents, including target achievement, training, and promotional support.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and conduct overseas visits to boost business development.
• Lead negotiations and contract finalization, developing commercial terms.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
