Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Manager for fire systems to lead medium to large retrofit projects, owning budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, legal and controls teams to drive safety, cost control, risk reviews and on‑time project delivery, while improving processes and profitability.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree required, additional technical degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Fire industry operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record in delivering strong results with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fire projects ranging from medium to large & complex installation and retrofit projects.
• Full ownership and accountability of performance (Budget and Schedule) of assigned projects.
• Coordinate allocated projects to ensure delivery within scope, on time and on budget.
• Own financials (Revenue, Margin, UBR and AR) and operational metrics with Country Finance team.
• Drive and monitor Fulfilment 5 cadence in team.
• Develop detailed project schedules and track costs to meet milestones.
