Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance professional to coordinate the Group financial close, review subsidiary accounts, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs with supporting schedules.

You will assist with Audit Committee and Board meeting materials, liaise with external auditors on financial statements and SGX announcements, and monitor accounting standards to update group policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Group financial closing and reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Review subsidiary accounts, reconciliations and financial reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs, financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist with Audit Committee and Board meeting materials.
• Liaise with external auditors on financial statements and SGX announcements.
• Monitor accounting standards and update Group accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and controls.
• Support ESG data governance, data quality and sustainability reporting compliance.
• Optimise Oracle Fusion workflows, reporting templates and SOPs.
• Support the transfer of finance activities to the Regional Shared Services Centre (RSC), including UAT, data reconciliation, issue resolution and process documentation.
