Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Group Finance professional to coordinate closing and reporting cycles for the group, ensuring timeliness and accuracy across subsidiaries. You will review financial statements, prepare reporting packs, liaise with external auditors and support SGX announcements, while driving process improvements and ESG data governance.

The role involves optimising Oracle Fusion workflows, updating group policies, and assisting with the transfer of finance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Group financial closing and reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Review subsidiary accounts, reconciliations and financial reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs, financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist with Audit Committee and Board meeting materials.
• Liaise with external auditors on financial statements and SGX announcements.
• Monitor accounting standards and update Group accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and controls.
• Support ESG data governance, data quality and sustainability reporting compliance.
• Optimise Oracle Fusion workflows, reporting templates and SOPs.
• Support the transfer of finance activities to the Regional Shared Services Centre (RSC), including UAT, data reconciliation and process documentation.
