The Operation Hope Foundation Ltd. is seeking a Finance/HR/Admin Manager to provide robust financial control, administrative and HR support for Singapore and overseas operations. You will support programs, donor relations and fundraising in Singapore and abroad.

You will analyse complex Excel reports, train overseas staff, and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. A diploma in accounting and 3 years of experience are required.

Competenze

3 years experience in accounting and administration.
Good at financial analysis and familiar with complex Excel sheets.
Willing to learn and be mentored since overseas operations are new to most Singaporeans.

Mansioni

Analyse Excel spreadsheets to produce management reports and detect wastages and fraud.
Use advanced Excel formulas such as VLookup, SumIfs and pivot tables.
Communicate, manage and train overseas staff in Cambodia and Nepal so that data is accurately entered and reports sent on time.
Visit the overseas offices quarterly to understand costs in the field and to manage and train the overseas staff.
Liaise with external Accounting Firm that handles bookkeeping and accounting reports in Singapore, Nepal and Cambodia.
Liaise with external auditors in Singapore, Cambodia and Nepal.
Apply for Fund Raising Permits and ensure audited fundraising reports are sent on time.
Maintain donor database and ensure proper storage of key documents.
Provide support to Operations and Marketing and keep track of staff leave, recruitment and interviews for new staff.
Send weekly reports from access control system to management.
