NEW HOPE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage financial statements and regulatory compliance in Singapore.

You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting within the family office context. You will work closely with the Director to prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and consolidated reports, while liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions to ensure statutory compliance and

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
• Mature, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must communicate effectively in English and Mandarin due to regular Director interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and consolidated reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions to ensure timely audits and statutory compliance.
• Handle bank account opening and maintenance.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.
• Assist Director with family office management matters.
