Job summary

GitLab is hiring a Field CTO to join our Strategic Field Organization at a Principal Solutions Architect level, based in Australia or Singapore. This role reports to the Global Head, Field CTOs and leads large, strategic engagements requiring deep DevSecOps transformation and advisory expertise.

The Field SA will demonstrate the GitLab platform and services to prospects, collaborate with product teams, and drive value through industry knowledge and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a CTO/Principal Solutions Architect.
• Experience delivering information/cyber security and compliance solutions.
• Experience with software development tools, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customer executives contributing to large Net ARR deals.
• Provide executive-level thought leadership on strategic opportunities (new logo and growth).
• Curate field feedback and collaborate with product on roadmap prioritization.
• Scale regional expertise through enablement and content.
• Act as a prospect/custodian advocate on DevSecOps transformation initiatives.
• Develop SME knowledge across GitLab technology sectors and participate in external groups.
