Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in export sales with distributor management.
• Strong relationship management across multiple organizational levels.
• Results-driven with commercial acumen and knowledge of regional consumer trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Define and achieve annual sales targets in value and volume for all markets.
• Partner with distributors to develop sales and marketing strategies in a Sales Calendar.
• Identify and manage agents and distributors to optimize coverage.
• Conceptualize and implement sales initiatives aligned with market seasonality.
• Organize market visits, product launches, and training sessions (2–3 per market yearly).
• Monitor accounts receivable, identify sales risks, and track channel inventory sell-through.
• Facilitate bi-annual distributor roundtables to drive market development.
• Work with distributors on consumer care strategies to broaden reach.
