Job summary

Sika Singapore PTE. Ltd. is seeking an Export Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to manage third party export and inter‑company orders, ensuring bookings, documentation and dispatch are compliant with international standards.

You will liaise with customers, forwarders, sales teams and supply chain for seamless order fulfilment. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Logistics or related field with 2–5 years in sea freight forwarding or export customer service and strong knowledge of Incoterms,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in sea freight forwarding or export customer service.
• Extensive working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, global customs procedures and bill of lading surrender.

Responsibilities

• Process third party export and inter-company orders and coordinate with customers, forwarders, sales, and supply chain.
• Ensure shipments are booked, documented and dispatched in line with compliance standards.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and evaluate freight rates and vessel schedules.
