Job summary

SIKA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Executive, Logistics to report to the Senior Manager, Logistics. You will manage export logistics, coordinate documentation, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

The role requires a minimum O level and experience with export shipping documentation; you will negotiate with freight forwarders, prepare full sets of shipping documents, and support Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'O' level qualification.
• Experience in export shipping documentation preferred.
• Strong coordination with Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute export logistics for orders.
• Source and evaluate freight forwarder quotations and negotiate costs.
• Coordinate with forwarders on schedules, trucking, container stuffing and fumigation.
• Prepare full export shipping documents and certificates of origin.
• Provide logistics support to Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Logistics, we are looking for a Executive, Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Export Logistics Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics arrangements for export sales orders.
• Source and evaluate quotations from freight forwarders; negotiate to achieve cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Liaise with forwarders to obtain sailing schedules and coordinate trucking, container stuffing, and fumigation.
• Apply for tax rebate certificates and certificates of origin for export shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of full sets of export shipping documents.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to confirm stock readiness for export.
• Monitor factories to ensure timely goods handling and accurate documentation submission.

Documentation & Reporting

• Generate delivery orders for Finance to facilitate timely invoice processing.
• Monitor and reconcile warehouse stock movement to support inventory accuracy and cost control.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with logistics service providers, factories, and other parties.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with local and international regulations and safety standards.
• Preparing complete full set shipping documents for export sales customer

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Provide logistics support and coordination to cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of logistics best practices.
• Assist in resolving logistics-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Any other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications

Minimum 'O' level. Experience in export shipping documentation will be preferred.
