Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an Event Planner in Singapore to manage end-to-end event programs from contract to final billing, delivering exceptional client service across international travel programs.

You will coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, contracts, registrations, and post-event debriefs, while ensuring cost controls and timely invoicing. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5 years of experience in project and meetings management.
• Experience working with budgets.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead program logistics from contract execution to final billing.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure high quality services.
• Ensure contracts protect both Amex GBT and clients.
• Lead program cost management, identify savings, review invoices, and coordinate client payments.
• Determine online registration needs and help attendees with a user-friendly registration site.
• Coordinate venue logistics and vendor performance, and support event staff.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and provide briefing reports to clients.
• Develop service recovery plans and drive improvement goals.
• Maintain knowledge of technology/solutions (Cvent).
