• Graduate with 5 years of experience in project/meetings management.
• Experience managing client relationships.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead program logistics for meetings to deliver impact.
• Research and coordinate with vendors via preferred relationships.
• Ensure contracts protect Amex GBT and clients.
• Manage program costs, identify savings, review invoices, and liaise with reconciliation.
• Define online registration needs and assist attendees with data capture.
• Coordinate venue logistics and vendor performance.
• Conduct post-event debrief and provide briefing report.
• Develop service recovery plans and drive improvement goals.
• Maintain knowledge of technology solutions (Cvent).
