Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead equity technology initiatives in a fast-paced trading environment in Singapore.

You will partner with stakeholders, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and KPIs.

Candidates should have 7+ years in Global Markets technology, strong requirements documentation, and proven ability to drive delivery with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PM or BA in global markets technology.
• Strong analytical and requirements documentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of trading flows and products.
• Experience leading meetings and delivery planning.
• Excellent communication with developers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with ownership and proactive follow-up.
• Proficiency with Agile methods and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of equity technology projects from planning through post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure trading system integration.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate project status to senior stakeholders and leadership.
