Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience in financial services or consulting.
• Strong experience delivering technology projects within financial services, especially in Sales & Trading or Equities.
• Good understanding of technology delivery, data flows, system integration and SDLC/PLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, automation or data analytics in an enterprise environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects across Asia supporting Sales & Trading/Equities businesses.
• Lead business analysis, feasibility assessments and project delivery from initiation to implementation.
• Partner with business, technology and product teams to manage a portfolio of technology initiatives.
• Deliver business expansion, regulatory change and product-related technology projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Control functions on front-to-back delivery and testing.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, automation and data analytics to improve processes and decision-making.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedIT Project Managerto join a regional technology team within a leading global financial services organisation. The role will support technology initiatives across Asia, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders across theEquities / Sales & Tradingenvironment.

• Good understanding oftechnology delivery, data flows, system integration and SDLC/PLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience withAI, GenAI, automation or data analyticsin an enterprise environment is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities and complex/ambiguous requirements.
• Strong proficiency inMS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge ofAsian financial markets and exchangesand relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience acrossEquities, Derivatives and/or Securities Lending.
• Experience delivering large-scaleregulatory change programmeswithin capital markets.
• Previous experience working within aglobal bank, investment bank or financial services consultancy.
