Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Management within Capital Markets.
• Strong functional knowledge across Front-to-Back-to-Finance: Trade Processing, Booking Systems, Documentation, Settlement, Accounting, Risk & PnL, Reconciliation, and Regulatory Reporting.
• CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) product knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Equity Derivatives, including TRS (Total Return Swaps) and Structured Derivatives, preferred.
• Proven experience running study governance, steering committees, and IT validation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
