Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst for Global Markets Technology in Singapore. You will deliver end-to-end equity/fixtur trading tech projects, coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and QA, and drive risk and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, and post‑implementation support. Requires 7+ years in PM/BA roles, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Project.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on PM/BA experience in Global Markets Equities/Fixed Income trading tech.
Strong analytical skills to drive solutions for complex business requirements.
Deep understanding of trading flows, front-to-back processes, risk checks.
Ability to lead meetings, deliver delivery plans, and manage stakeholders.
Excellent communication with developers, leads, and business partners.
Proactive, owns tasks and follows up on deliverables.
Proficient with core PM tools (Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of equity technology projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of trading systems.
Develop project plans, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain documentation standards.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues promptly.
Communicate project status and impacts to senior stakeholders and leadership.
