Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (A member of PhillipCapital) is seeking a driven Project Manager with a solid Business Analyst foundation to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

You will partner with stakeholders, shape requirements, and oversee end-to-end delivery from concept to implementation, blending analytical thinking with hands-on execution for ownership and visibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analytics, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in cross-functional environments.
• Experience in securities trading or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools; exposure to AI-assisted development or coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and delivery: develop plans, manage timelines and budgets, ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering: understand needs, identify gaps, prepare user requirements/specifications.
• Solution design and functional specs: translate needs into designs, work with UI/UX to realize ideas.
• Quality and testing management: oversee SIT, plan and execute UAT, validate production readiness.
• Risk management: identify risks, propose mitigations, ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Delivery: Drive end-to-end project execution—develop plans, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and define clear, actionable requirements. Prepare User Requirement Specifications and/or user stories, ensuring alignment and sign-off.
• Solution Design & Functional Specifications: Translate business needs into practical solutions through functional designs, process flows, and user journeys. Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life.
• Quality & Testing Management: Oversee SIT, support UAT planning and execution, and ensure solutions are validated and production-ready.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project delivery.
