Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year working experience in IT Operations and Delivery or fresh grads with strong performance in interview.
• Experience in Linux system administration tasks.
• Foundational project management skills.
• ITIL Foundation certified or equivalent knowledge.
• Familiar with Generative AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, Claude, Codex).
• Basic HTML, programming or scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of XML, JSON and XSLT.
• Encryption tech like SSL/IPsec.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical advice and support to Visa’s client institutions and processors to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate projects and document task progress.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to automate day-to-day tasks.
• Create implementation scripts for vendor field engineers for installation/activation.
• Install Linux systems with vendor support remotely.
• Collaborate with global support to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage customer satisfaction and escalations with high service levels.
• Ensure deployments follow Visa security guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with global teams across time zones.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours work.
• Provide weekly CMDB/Base II reports.
• Coordinate changes and ServiceNow records to stay compliant.
• Maintain inventory records and drive improvements.
