Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd seeks a senior Endpoint Engineering professional to drive execution across client services platforms, aligning with architecture standards. You will lead automation and integration efforts to reduce manual work and strengthen vulnerability remediation.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune, MECM or equivalent, and scripting (PowerShell/Python). Collaboration with security and IT teams across global environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, client services, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint engineering and management platforms (Intune, MECM, AVD or equivalent).
• Strong experience in vulnerability management, patching strategies, and endpoint security controls.
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of systems integration, API-based automation, and orchestration tools.
• Understanding ITSM processes, particularly incident, change, and problem management related to endpoint services.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering execution across endpoint & client services platforms, aligning with architecture standards and requirements.
• Lead automation, integration, and scaling to reduce manual effort and improve consistency in endpoint management and vulnerability remediation.
• Partner with security, architecture, and engineering teams to manage and improve endpoint vulnerability posture, including identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting workflows.
• Support implementation of endpoint security controls, compliance baselines and patch management strategies across global environments.
• Ensure integration between endpoint platforms, vulnerability management tools, ITSM systems and reporting capabilities for end-to-end visibility.
• Participate in solution design discussions, providing feasibility input and scalable designs.
• Support service transition activities, ensuring deliverables and automation workflows are in place before BAU handoff.
• Develop & maintain scripts, automation frameworks and orchestration processes to improve endpoint lifecycle management & vulnerability response.
• Monitor operational performance & vulnerability trends, identifying automation improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with global operations teams to ensure consistent adoption of standards, tooling and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across endpoint engineering, vulnerability management and service operations.

• Key contributor inautomation & integration, developing & scaling solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency in endpoint management & vulnerability remediation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, client services, or related technical domains, with hands-on exposure to automation and security/vulnerability management practices

• Hands-on experience in endpoint engineering and management platforms(e.g., Intune, MECM, AVD, or equivalent)

• Strong experience in vulnerability management, patching strategies, and endpoint security controls

• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or equivalent)

• Working knowledge of systems integration, API-based automation, and orchestration tools

• Understanding of ITSM processes, particularly in incident, change, and problem management related to endpoint services
