Job summary

A Singapore-based technology company is seeking a senior endpoint engineering leader to drive engineering execution across endpoint and client services platforms, aligning with architecture standards and operational requirements.

You will collaborate with security, architecture and engineering teams to manage vulnerability posture, implement security controls, automate workflows, and ensure end-to-end visibility across global environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint engineering platforms (Intune, MECM, AVD).
• Strong experience in vulnerability management, patching strategies and endpoint security controls.
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of systems integration, API-based automation and orchestration tools.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, especially incident, change and problem management for endpoint services.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering execution across endpoint and client services platforms in line with architecture standards.
• Lead automation and integration to scale endpoint management and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with security, architecture and engineering teams to manage vulnerability posture and workflows.
• Support implementation of endpoint security controls, baselines and patch management globally.
• Ensure integration between endpoints, vulnerability tools, ITSM, and reporting for end-to-end visibility.
• Participate in solution design and provide feasibility input for scalable designs.
• Support service transition with deliverables and automation readiness before BAU handoff.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and orchestration for endpoint lifecycle management.
• Monitor performance and vulnerability trends; drive automation and standardization improvements.
• Collaborate with global operations to ensure consistent engineering standards across regions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in endpoint engineering and service ops.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering execution across endpoint & client services platforms, ensuring solutions are implemented in alignment with architecture standards & operational requirements.
• Key contributor in automation & integration, developing & scaling solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency in endpoint management & vulnerability remediation.
• Partner with security, architecture, and engineering teams to manage and improve endpoint vulnerability posture, including identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting workflows.
• Support the implementation of endpoint security controls, compliance baselines and patch management strategies across global environments.
• Ensure integration between endpoint platforms, vulnerability management tools, ITSM systems and reporting capabilities to enable end-to-end visibility & control.
• Participate in solution design discussions, providing engineering feasibility input and helping shape designs that are practical, supportable and scalable.
• Support service transition activities, ensuring engineering deliverables, automation workflows and operational readiness requirements are in place prior to BAU handoff.
• Develop & maintain s, automation frameworks and orchestration processes to improve endpoint lifecycle management & vulnerability response times.
• Monitor operational performance & vulnerability trends, identifying opportunities to improve automation, standardization and remediation efficiency.
• Collaborate with global operations teams to ensure consistent adoption of engineering standards, tooling and processes across regions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across endpoint engineering, vulnerability management and service operations practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, client services, or related technical domains, with hands-on exposure to automation and security/vulnerability management practices
• Hands-on experience in endpoint engineering and management platforms (e.g., Intune, MECM, AVD, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in vulnerability management, patching strategies, and endpoint security controls
• Experience with ing and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of systems integration, API-based automation, and orchestration tools
• Understanding of ITSM processes, particularly in incident, change, and problem management related to endpoint services
