Candidates with Generative AI experience and strong service orientation will thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. The successful candidate will join Global Endpoint Operations, contribute to secure deployments, and support multiple systems during off-hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant work experience.
• 1 year IT Operations and Delivery experience or strong interview results.
• Experience in Linux System administration.
• Foundational Project Management skills.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical advice and support to Visa clients to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate projects with proper documentation and task updates.
• Use Generative AI tools to automate and improve day-to-day tasks.
• Create implementation scripts for vendor field engineers and support teams.
• Perform installation of Linux systems with on-site vendor engineers remotely.
• Communicate with global teams and handle on-call rotations.
• Ensure deployments comply with Visa security guidelines and report non-compliance.
• Maintain CMDB and BASE II records and report weekly.
• Act as Change and ServiceNow Coordinator ensuring incidents/changes comply with ITIL.
