Job summary

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to lead business development and marketing for NTUpreneur's executive programmes. You will drive partnerships with industry and government, shape offerings, and ensure high quality delivery aligned with university guidelines.

You will collaborate with the Academic Director and PaCE to onboard instructors, manage budgets, and secure funding opportunities for learners across local and international markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or entrepreneurship with relevant programme leadership experience.
• Experience working with government or quasi-government agencies and grant administration.
• Strong network with entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and industry partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan marketing strategies to grow NTUpreneur's executive programmes.
• Design marketing collaterals for digital and print platforms and roadshows.
• Identify corporate clients and global executive training opportunities.
• Prepare decks for prospective corporate clients and partnerships.
• Coordinate with faculty and senior leadership to design customised courses.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and partnerships to expand opportunities.
• Oversee budget, resources and processes to ensure quality and profitability.
• Monitor participant feedback and drive continuous improvement.
