NTU’s NBS Executive Education unit seeks a proactive professional to support outreach, recruitment, engagement and admissions for Executive Master programmes in Singapore. You will work under the programme lead to manage leads, events and candidate communications.

This role involves coordinating campaigns with Marketing, maintaining CRM data, assisting with applications, scholarships and reporting, and supporting regional outreach and events, including evenings or weekends when required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in programme marketing, recruitment, admissions, or events.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with professional engagement.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to support evening or weekend events.

Aufgaben

• Support outreach plans and lead generation for Executive Master programmes.
• Engage prospective candidates and nurture leads toward applications.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and content with the marketing team.
• Support CRM data accuracy, segmentation and reporting.
• Assist with admissions processing and candidate communications.
• Coordinate recruitment events and alumni engagement activities.
• Prepare management reports on pipeline, campaigns and outcomes.
• Maintain stakeholder records and coordinate with partners.
