Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, with strong expertise in strategic leadership, business development, executive programme management, recruitment, admissions and stakeholder engagement.
• Significant experience in executive education, EMBA, MBA, business school programmes, corporate training, executive learning or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, recruitment, admissions, programme operations, business development, corporate client management, student experience or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with senior executives, faculty, alumni, corporate clients and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills; able to drive operational excellence.
• Strong financial and performance management capability, including budget monitoring, revenue tracking, reporting, and resource planning.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for professional communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to support evening/weekend programme activities and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth of the Global EMBA programme.
• Provide direction for marketing, recruitment, admissions, brand positioning and pipeline performance.
• Oversee programme operations for delivery of classes, global modules, study trips, events and student services.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with students, alumni, faculty, corporate clients and partners.
• Manage programme budgets, revenue, costs, marketing spend, enrolment and satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams supporting marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, business development and administration.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on recruitment, financial performance, student experience, risks, partnerships and pricing.
