Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of FlexiMasters programmes from planning through completion.
• Coordinate delivery activities across faculty, internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to ensure delivery consistency, issue resolution, and service quality.
• Manage programme budgets and ensure timely invoicing and revenue reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore funding requirements and university policies, including audit readiness and reporting.
• Monitor programme performance and contribute to operational improvements for efficiency and participant experience.
• Support corporate-sponsored cohorts to meet delivery requirements and service standards.
