Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore's Nanyang Business School seeks an experienced professional to lead strategic external relations and partnerships. The role focuses on engaging senior executives, multinationals, and industry partners to develop meaningful collaborations aligned with NBS priorities in education, industry engagement and social impact.

The incumbent will coordinate with NBS units to identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and ensure effective tracking and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 8–9 years of work experience with 5–6 years in partnership development/management, education programmes administration or related field in higher education.
• Knowledge of the education landscape, especially higher education, is advantageous.
• Experience in social/community circles is advantageous.
• Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Good project management skills and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic corporate and institutional external relations and partnerships for NBS.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior executives and key industry partners to identify and pursue collaborations.
• Coordinate across NBS units to identify gaps and connect opportunities without duplication.
• Oversee CIP and Social Impact partnerships and develop projects supporting student learning and community engagement.
• Establish and maintain an institutional mechanism for capturing and tracking NBS partnerships.
• Ensure visibility and ownership of partnership activities and progress.
