Job summary

Reolink is seeking an E‑Commerce Manager to oversee the Official Website and Amazon for Australia, Europe, and US markets. You will manage storefronts, optimize listings, and drive traffic and sales through targeted promotions and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has a background in website management and cross‑border ecommerce, with knowledge of platform policies and analytics tools to improve conversion and performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience handling Company's Official Website / Amazon for E-Commerce Duties
• Solid understanding of platform policies such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Familiar with Website traffic & conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO
• Proven experience in cross-border ecommerce (B2C) is an advantage, particularly for the Australia and Europe & US Markets.

This Role will mainly focus on handling Reolink Official Website (E-Commerce) & Amazon for different region in Australia, Europe and US Markets.

• Manage and maintain the company's e‑commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal store performance, with a focus on the Australia and Europe & US Markets.
• Upload product listings across platforms, including writing and optimizing high‑quality titles, descriptions, and item specifics, aligned with target market preferences.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates across different platform algorithms.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
• Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform‑specific performance standards.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms, provide actionable insights and continuously optimize product and pricing strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard account health and business continuity.
