Job summary

Reolink is seeking an e‑Comm & Online Sales Manager to oversee our Official Website and Amazon storefronts for US, Europe, and Australia markets. You will drive online sales growth, manage listings, and optimize performance across regions.

You will analyze traffic, conversions, and pricing, implement CRO tactics, and coordinate promotions while ensuring platform compliance and smooth fulfillment operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–5 years hands-on experience in an e‑commerce website or Amazon operations.
Familiar with website traffic, conversion metrics, and CRO tools.
Experience in managing online store operations and growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain e‑commerce storefronts on Official Website & Amazon.
Analyze sales, traffic and conversions; provide actionable optimization insights.
Upload and optimize product listings with market-aligned titles and descriptions.
Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for platform algorithms.
Plan and execute promotions and ads to drive traffic and sales.
Process orders and coordinate fulfillment to meet platform standards.
Ensure compliance with each platform's policies and best practices.
