Job summary

INTELLIVISION TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-Comm Executive/Specialist to manage the Reolink official website and Amazon across Australia, Europe, and US markets.

You will optimize listings, run campaigns, and coordinate fulfillment to maintain strong store performance. The role requires 2+ years in e-commerce operations, solid knowledge of marketplace policies, and proficiency in web analytics. This is an office-based position near Tai Seng MRT with medical benefits and annual/performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Min 2 years of hands-on E-commerce duties on Company's Website / Amazon.
• Strong understanding of platform policies (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Familiar with website traffic & conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
• Cross-border e-commerce experience (Australia, Europe & US) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Reolink Official Website (E-Commerce) & Amazon for Australia, Europe and US markets.
• Manage and maintain the company's ecommerce storefronts across platforms for smooth daily operations.
• Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversions.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (discounts, campaigns, ads) tailored to target markets.
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate fulfillment to meet platform standards.
• Track sales, traffic, and conversion data; provide insights and optimize product/pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies to safeguard account health and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred for this post.
• Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience handling Company's Official Website / Amazon for E-Commerce Duties
• Solid understanding of platform policies such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Familiar with Website traffic & conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO
• Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is an advantage, particularly for the Australia and Europe & US Markets.

• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates across different platform algorithms.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
• Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform-specific performance standards.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms, provide actionable insights and continuously optimize product and pricing strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard account health and business continuity.
