Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Proven multi-country, global deployment leadership.
• Strong knowledge of S2P/P2P and procurement tech.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Executive stakeholder engagement and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementations.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Establish robust governance frameworks and manage risks.
• Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, product teams and technical specialists.
• Oversee design, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive delivery standards and best practices across engagements.
• Lead geographically distributed implementation teams.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through client partnerships.
