Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a technology leader to own end-to-end enterprise initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and core business objectives in a dynamic regional setting.

You will direct large-scale programs, manage cross-functional teams and external partners, implement robust PMO processes, engage executive stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams to elevate organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale technology portfolios and multi-stream delivery.
• Experience across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall with budget/resource planning.
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale program portfolios, cross-functional execution teams, and external partner delivery.
• Champion robust delivery frameworks, PMO governance, and risk mitigation for on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership teams for transparent communications and alignment.
• Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycles, including partner evaluation, contract negotiation and performance accountability.
• Mentor internal program and project delivery teams to elevate delivery capabilities and change readiness.
