• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation with functional consulting focus.
• Proven expertise in at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and provide tailored ERP solutions.
• Act as a functional expert, advising on best practices and industry standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct user training and create documentation to support adoption.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Identify and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support post-implementation.
• Stay updated on ERP trends, tools and technologies to improve strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor throughout project lifecycle.
