Job summary

SGX Group is seeking a seasoned technology executive to shape its enterprise software engineering vision and platform strategy. You will drive architecture, governance, and organizational capability to deliver secure, scalable market infrastructure.

The role requires leadership across multiple teams, a strong background in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and SRE practices, and a passion for modernising engineering at scale to sustain business growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior software engineering or technology leadership roles.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
• Deep expertise in modern distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise engineering vision and drive transformation of software delivery.
• Shape enterprise-wide software architecture strategy and technology evolution.
• Define organisation-wide application security and engineering risk strategy.
• Drive quality transformation and delivery assurance across Tech org.
• Define integration and interoperability strategy across platforms.
• Lead productivity transformation and investments, including AI initiatives.
• Mentor leaders and scale engineering organizations through performance frameworks.
