We are looking for an accomplished Director – Software Implementation to lead complex, enterprise-wide software implementation programs within GEP's Technology Services Organization (TSO).

This is a client-facing leadership role focused on end-to-end program delivery, implementation governance, executive stakeholder management, and customer success.

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise SaaS implementation experience from a leading software provider or technology consulting firm, with the ability to manage complex global deployments, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver successful technology transformations.

What You’ll Do

• Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Client Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, managing executive relationships, steering committees, expectations, and escalations.
• Implementation Governance: Establish robust governance frameworks, monitor program performance, proactively manage risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, functional consultants, product teams, and technical specialists to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
• Transformation Management: Oversee key implementation phases, including solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Delivery Excellence: Drive implementation best practices, process improvements, resource optimization, and consistent delivery standards across engagements.
• People Leadership: Lead and mentor geographically distributed implementation teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-centric execution.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and new business development through strong client partnerships.

What You Should Bring

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, SaaS professional services, technology consulting, or large-scale digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-country enterprise software implementation programs for global clients.
• Strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement technology, supply chain solutions, or enterprise applications.
• Implementation experience with platforms such as Coupa, Ivalua, SAP Ariba, JAGGAER, IBM Maximo, Kinaxis, Oracle, or comparable enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing delivery leadership, program governance, and sales/pre-sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, distributed delivery teams, and complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong consulting mindset, executive presence, problem-solving capabilities, and customer orientation.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients and managing senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a client-facing implementation leadership or technology delivery role within these organizations is strongly preferred.
