Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.
• 10+ years in technical or customer-facing roles.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Python, ML and model evaluations.
• Experience in digital transformation or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage a global Customs Automation portfolio (5–10 IT products).
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, business and architecture units.
• Oversee budget planning and value realization for IT programs.
• Establish KPIs and drive adoption, value and operational impact.
