Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an AI & Analytics Product Manager to steer AI initiatives across APAC. You will define strategic roadmaps, engage with business and IT stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end delivery of AI projects, including prototyping and governance.

The role demands hands-on AI fluency, cross-regional collaboration, and strong change leadership to drive adoption and transformational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in product or project management, including 4+ in AI & analytics.
• Expertise in LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise ML tools.
• PMP, Agile or AI certifications are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap and execution of AI/Agentic AI portfolio across APAC.
• Act as primary contact for AI initiative requests; manage intake and visibility.
• Collaborate with business/IT to translate needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Oversee full lifecycle of AI projects, including scoping, planning, delivery.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, privacy, and ethics.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-regional collaboration.
