Job summary

Bloomberg Singapore is seeking a technically proficient, client-facing support professional. You will assist new and existing Bloomberg clients, collaborating with Sales to address connectivity requirements and lead terminal installations to ensure smooth access to Bloomberg’s infrastructure.

You will coordinate with market data, technology teams and vendors to resolve issues, maintain performance, and deliver high-quality service, with some evening and weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical support role within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Bloomberg Terminal software, hardware offerings and network connectivity.
• Engage with internal and external partners to resolve service issues.
• Coordinate installation and maintain customers’ connectivity to Bloomberg's network.
• Work with clients to implement hardware and network infrastructure strategies to improve their experience.
• Lead and coordinate multiple projects with stakeholders to meet deadlines within service quality.
