Job summary

Stolthaven Terminals in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Representative to act as a key liaison between terminal departments and customers, ensuring accurate order processing, effective communication, and up-to-date inventory records aligned with contractual agreements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operational and customer service.
• Good communication, customer-focus and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for assigned customers based on current agreements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments; back-up Customer Service role when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventories and files; support month-end processes.
• Communicate with customers, arrange audits, visits and meetings as required.
• Support regulatory, quality and training reporting activities.
