Job summary

Stolthaven Terminals is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Singapore to act as the key liaison between terminal departments and customers. You will ensure accurate order processing, maintain inventories, and coordinate with Operations and the Inventory Supervisor to resolve discrepancies.

Join us to support audits, visits, and meetings, while contributing to regulatory, quality and training reporting activities to sustain service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; customer-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for assigned customers and maintain accuracy with contracts.
• Maintain inventories and files; coordinate with Operations and Inventory Supervisor.
• Communicate with customers, support audits, visits and meetings.
• Assist in regulatory, quality and training reporting.
• Back-up Customer Service Representative for after-hours issues.
