Job summary

Tag is seeking a Project Manager to join a dedicated account team supporting a leading global consumer electronics brand across Southeast Asia and Pacific markets. The role combines client-facing responsibilities with hands-on production coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume studio model.

You will manage briefs, coordinate the studio team, and ensure on-time delivery across markets and time zones, leveraging CRM and digital production workflows to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of professional project management experience within an agency, studio, or in-house marketing team.
• Experience coordinating multi-market or regional accounts across different markets, time zones and stakeholder groups.
• Prior experience with consumer electronics or technology brand accounts is advantageous.
• Strong client relationship skills: professional, personable, and proactive in suggesting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production workflow for your markets, from brief intake to final delivery.
• Translate briefs clearly for the creative team to start work without gaps or clarifications.
• Track status of all active projects and maintain visibility of progress, priorities, and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate across the studio team (designers, copywriters, HTML developers) and manage workload distribution.
• Manage delivery across different time zones, building buffer into planning so market briefs move smoothly.
• Identify production risks early and resolve them with proposed solutions.
