Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Regional CRM Program Manager to drive a multi-year CRM transformation across APAC. You will establish and operate the APAC PMO, govern programs, and coordinate between global, regional, and local teams to harmonize CRM processes and adoption of a global CRM platform.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management, strong stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, and experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional CRM Program Manager to support a multi-year CRM transformation program across the APAC region. This role will establish and operate the regional Program Management Office (PMO), driving governance, stakeholder alignment, execution management, reporting, and coordination between global, regional, and local market teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, country representatives, and implementation partners to harmonize CRM processes and support adoption of a global CRM platform across APAC markets.

Job Requirements

• Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple countries, priorities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience supporting CRM transformation and commercial excellence programs.
• APAC regional program management experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders across Japan and North Asia.
• Korean language proficiency would be advantageous for supporting regional stakeholder engagement.
