Job summary

WPP Production Pte. Limited, based in Singapore, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of content across web, social, video and print. You will coordinate with internal marketing, creative and production teams and external vendors to ensure projects meet on-time, on-budget and quality standards.

The role requires handling ambiguity with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a passion for problem solving across pop culture and creative pursuits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing content production cycles in corporate, agency or digital media environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and own project resourcing for all projects.
• Own client-side creative briefs and manage design reviews and actions.
• Lead client communications and presentations on scope and alignment.
• Plan and track scope, deadlines and changes for respective GEOs.
• Coordinate globally with other GEOs.
• Develop and improve workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Document and present information for stakeholders.
