Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Corporate Actions Operations professional in Singapore. The role involves processing mandatory and voluntary events across global markets, coordinating with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring queries, reviewing SWIFT messages, reconciling positions and entitlements, and maintaining timely postings and follow-ups in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree with 1–3 years of related banking experience in Corporate Actions/Securities Ops.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High integrity, commitment and drive to excel in the role.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments, custodians, brokers and agents to ensure daily work meets standards.
• Monitor queries and provide timely responses.
• Review daily inward/outward SWIFT messages for Corporate Actions.
• Process and reconcile positions and entitlements from Corporate Actions transactions.
• Monitor entitlement confirmations and ensure timely entries.
• Review reconciliation breaks daily and follow up promptly.
• Support User Acceptance Testing as needed.
• Uphold standards of honesty, due care, fair dealing and regulatory compliance.
