Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst/Associate for a leading global financial services institution in Singapore to manage end-to-end corporate action events and ensure accurate processing across markets.

You will work with Front Office, Middle Office and custodians to monitor entitlements, reconcile data, and prepare concise management reports while upholding global standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate actions or securities operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and validate corporate action events across markets.
• Monitor and reconcile entitlements with timely updates in internal systems.
• Liaise with custodians, counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office and support teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare clear management reports and ensure compliance with global standards.
