Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse global team supporting compute infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day 24x7x365 operations and incident management.
• Drive change management, governance, and strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk mitigation and patch management.
• Mentor senior technical staff and align KPIs with goals.
