Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure leader to oversee Network & Operations and drive IT policy, security standards, and 24/7 service delivery.

You will lead a diverse team of engineers, manage disaster recovery architecture, and oversee budgets and vendor relationships. The role demands strategic planning, cross-stakeholder collaboration, and strong project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines.
• Senior leadership experience with data center operations, network engineering, disaster recovery, and project management.
• Experience with automation or scripting tools such as Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Infrastructure - Network & Operations, aligning with business requirements.
• Develop and implement IT operating policies, strategies, and tactics.
• Establish and maintain baseline security standards for infrastructure systems.
• Provide leadership for 24/7 service operations.
• Ensure disaster recovery infrastructure architecture is maintained.
• Manage data center operations and infrastructure systems.
• Lead a team of Infrastructure Server, Storage, Database, and Network Engineers.
• Provide project management oversight and guidance.
• Participate in IT strategic planning and budget planning efforts.
• Manage external vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze technology trends and develop infrastructure strategy.
• Plan and track annual budgets for department expenditures.
